Many firms of solicitors have partners approaching retirement but have no effective plan to deal with this change to the Practice structure. Do you have a clear plan to help you cope when change occurs or are you just hoping a solution will emerge without too much ‘bloodshed’?

Duration

Our half day in-house Workshop runs in your office with all Partners present. Our experienced Facilitator uses a unique system to ensure agreement and a positive outcome. The use of an external facilitator has proved time and time again to improve the outcome by achieving consensus and stimulating more creative solutions.

5 – 10 Partners: £1000 (half day
10 – 15 Partners £1500 (full day)
16 – 20 Partners £2000 (full day)
